Responsibilities
• Follow up on emails and schedule appointments.
• Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing.
• Manage bills and financial records.
• Perform data entry, organization, and follow-up tasks.
• Post engaging content on various platforms.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and connect with new contacts.
• Research and manage vendor relationships.
• Handle procurement tasks as needed.
• Support ad-hoc projects as they arise.
• Assist with ongoing initiatives and tasks.
• Plan and organize team events, client lunches, happy hours, and golf tournaments.
• Advocate for the company and assist with award submissions.
• Help keep leadership organized by taking notes and managing tasks.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications
• Location: Based in the DFW area, preferably in the Central Time Zone.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
