Part-Time VA for Targeted List Building, Copywriting & Outreach – Fashion/Eyewear Brand

Help us grow a mission-driven eyewear brand by connecting with the right journalists, influencers, and partners.
We’re Fetch Eyewear – a mission-driven eyewear brand donating 100% of profits to animal welfare causes. Alongside our classic frames, we’ve launched patented innovations like FETCH iL (interchangeable lenses) and FETCH Find (built-in locator). We’re looking for a reliable VA to help drive our PR, licensing, and influencer outreach by building highly targeted contact lists, crafting short outreach copy, and keeping our outreach playbook current.
This is a part-time role starting at 4–5 hours/week with room to grow if things go well.
What You’ll Do:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and collect targeted contact lists, including:
Journalists, editors, and bloggers in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, and philanthropy
Licensing and partnership decision-makers at independent eyewear brands and conglomerates
Influencers and creators in fashion, eyewear, and animal welfare spaces
Add contacts and outreach details from LinkedIn Sales Navigator directly into our outreach playbook and tracking sheets
Understand and follow our defined target profiles, proactively identifying and pursuing the right contacts
Assist with short, professional outreach copy for LinkedIn connection requests, email intros, and media pitches
Keep lists organized, accurate, and ready for outreach in Google Sheets or our CRM
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted list building
Strong written English for short-form outreach copy
Ability to quickly understand target profiles and source the right contacts with minimal direction
Organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
Bonus: Experience with PR, media list building, or influencer outreach
Hours & Pay:
4–5 hours/week to start and ability to increase scope of work into other activities in marketing and operations for the business.
