ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Researches various travel rates for cost effectiveness
Makes travel arrangements travel platforms Deem and Adelman
Coordinates itinerary with travelers
Processes billable travel reporting or per diems
Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
Completes required training classes
All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in Travel /Tourism or Project Management preferred or relevant work experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available to work assigned hours based on business needs, including weekend work coverage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
