Nutr 251: Introductory Principles of Nutrition (3 credits)
Nutr 358: Assessment of Nutritional Status (2 credits)
Nutr 490W: Nutrition Seminar (3 credit writing intensive course)
Nutr 456: Community Nutrition (3 credits)
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
