Location & Schedule
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Hours: Flexible, Part-time
Walk-in Interview Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 12 PM - 5 PM
Interview Location: 7324 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1800, Arena Towers Two, Houston, TX 77074 (Visitor parking available in the garage)
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills
Professional demeanor
Comfort with phone conversations
Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
Understanding of good customer service practices
Ability to follow attendance policies
Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Age Requirement: Open to applicants 16 years and older.
Flexible Scheduling
Evening and weekend shifts available
Choose from shifts ranging from 18-40 hours per week
Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Monday - Friday), 10 AM - 6 PM (Saturday), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sunday)
One weekend shift required
Compensation And Benefits
Starting pay: (12 per hour ()0.50 premium for bilingual Spanish/English)
Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

Interviews are conducted daily, lasting about 30 minutes, and include basic interview questions and a reading assessment. While walk-in interviews are welcome, scheduled interviews will be prioritized.
