About the Role
We are seeking Part-Time Student Advisors to help prospective students take the next step in their educational journey. This flexible role is perfect for individuals who want to develop sales skills, earn extra income, and grow with an expanding company.
Part-Time Advisors focus on engaging prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and supporting successful enrollments into TGB programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct admissions calls to uncover goals and recommend the right TGB program.
• Guide applicants through the application and tuition process.
• Follow up on leads generated through events, marketing funnels, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the admissions and events teams to ensure smooth onboarding for students.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or advising experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and organized with good time management.
• Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Compensation & Perks
• 100% commission with absolutely no cap on earnings.
• Typical part-time Advisors earn $2,000–$5,000+ monthly — with the ability to scale higher based on performance.
