Responsibilities
Ā Facilitate online courses using established instructional practices.

Ā Manage courses, curriculum, and communications for students.

Ā Demonstrate problem-solving skills to enhance the learning experience.

Ā Work independently and as part of a team to achieve school goals.

Ā Respond to student and family inquiries within 24 hours.

Ā Grade assessments and provide feedback within 72 hours.

Ā Conduct weekly synchronous sessions or video instruction for each course.

Ā Attend staff meetings and assist with student orientation and test proctoring.

Ā Sponsor school club activities as assigned.
,
Ā Submit expense claims and manage sick time appropriately.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic program or related field.

Ā Valid Idaho Teacher Certification with proper endorsements.

Ā Experience teaching in an online setting preferred.

Ā Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
