Part-Time Social Media & Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented assistant who can dedicate about an hour a day (20–25 hours/month) to help keep our social media and day-to-day tasks running smoothly. Compensation is $500/month.
Responsibilities:
• Create simple, on-brand graphics in Canva using our existing templates.
• Write and adjust social media copy in our established tone.
• Schedule and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and occasionally TikTok via Sprout Social (~3–5 posts per week).
• Keep Asana tasks and social media calendars organized and up-to-date.
• Provide light virtual assistance (e.g., uploading files, tracking deadlines, small research tasks).
• Contribute ideas during content brainstorming sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in.
• Experience with Canva and templates.
• Basic copywriting and comfort with social media scheduling tools.
• Interest in contributing to social media strategy and content ideas.
• Reliability for about 1 hour/day, mostly flexible.
