Part-Time Social Media Manager & WordPress Assistant (1–4 hrs/day)
Job Description:
- We’re looking for a skilled and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager with basic WordPress experience to set up, manage, and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. This includes building profiles, publishing content, creating dynamic posts, and updating website content.
- This is for a professional coaching and leadership brand with a focus on helping people gain purpose, motivation, and clarity.
️ Responsibilities:
Social Media Tasks:
- Set up social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Update profile images, bios, and links
- Edit videos and repurpose content for Reels/short-form
- Create dynamic posts and image-based content (Canva or similar)
- Publish and schedule content (video, photo, written)
- Share pre-written content in engaging ways
- Make Reels from long-form videos
- Engage with comments and maintain consistent posting schedule
Website Tasks:
- Update pages and blog content on WordPress
- Embed media (videos, images, links) using WordPress editor
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and layout consistency
Content Organization:
- Organize and maintain content folders
- Track what has been posted and plan upcoming posts
Time Commitment:
- 1–4 hours per day
- Must have at least 1–2 hours overlap with US Central Time (CST)
Budget:
- Flat rate: $40–50 per week
- Ideal for experienced international freelancers
