About the Role: Part-Time ServiceNow Full Stack Developer We're seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time ServiceNow Full Stack Developer to join our team on a night shift remote schedule. As a ServiceNow Full Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our scheduling product line, which positively impacts the lives of millions of Americans. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring for tickets and application performance to ensure seamless operations Triaging and responding to issues, and notifying on-call resources when necessary Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code to improve existing software Developing documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serving as an expert on applications and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education) 2+ years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with REACT, Typescript, and Java Web Services Excellent knowledge of software development and user interface web application development Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to understand front-end users' requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud Environments VA or other Federal Government experience Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders High standards, results-oriented, and customer-centric attitude What We Offer: At rockITdata, we're committed to following our 10 Guiding Principles, which define our culture and inspire us to be the best.
