Job Description:
BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 support for an elementary school student with a tracheostomy and seizure disorder. This nurse will ride the school bus to and from the student’s home and assist the student throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 medical care and monitoring for student with trach and seizure condition
• Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
• Communicate with school staff and family as needed
• Follow all medical protocols and ensure student safety
Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience with trach care is required
• Ability to work the listed hours consistently
