About Us: Express Text is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in SMS marketing solutions for e-commerce businesses, particularly those on Shopify. Our goal is to drive $15,000 per month in new revenue from e-commerce Shopify customers, and we are looking for a talented Sales Manager to help us achieve this target.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SaaS sales and be proficient with HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
Provide feedback and strategies for improvement to the sales team.
Utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales management role within a SaaS environment.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
