Insight Therapy and Consulting LLC provides therapy to address trauma and other overwhelming life experiences, anxiety, and significant life transitions. Insight TAC provides teletherapy services to clients across the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Qualifications: • A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, counseling, or social work; Clinical experience required • Must have an active and unrestricted Massachusetts license in good standing (e.g., LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible for independent licensure after meeting clinical requirements • Able to practice with culturally competent and trauma-informed therapeutic approach • Experience with diverse populations, specifically with children and/or teens (ages 10-18) • Must able to function independently and be okay with reaching out for team support when needed. • Must be bilingual and able to provide therapy in Spanish and English Essential Functions & Duties: • Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 5 Clients weekly (part time) • Conduct individual psychotherapy with clients ages 10 - 18 who speak English or Spanish • Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and progress notes up to clinical standards. • Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices. • Complete collateral and case management as needed. • Attends virtual weekly/monthly/quarterly supervision and staff meetings as scheduled • Maintains professional standing with licensing board • Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence.
