Part-Time Remote Personal Assistant – Evenings & Weekends
Description:
I am seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized full-time Personal Assistant to support me with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This is a remote position, and you must be available:
Monday through Friday - 5pm - 9pm pst on call.
Weekends - 8am - 4pm pst on call.
You will be expected to handle a wide range of administrative and personal support tasks with efficiency, discretion, and reliability.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Managing emails, texts, and phone communication
Drafting and sending correspondence and documents
Organizing tasks, appointments, and digital files
Running online errands and making service bookings
Preparing and proofreading documents
Assisting with light research and follow-up
Performing other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Tech-savvy and able to manage cloud-based tools and task software
Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Terms:
Hourly Rate
Must be available:
Monday through Friday - 5pm - 9pm pst on call.
Weekends - 8am - 4pm pst on call.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Agreement (IP) must be signed prior to interview
Must be able to start immediately
