Duties
Ā Teach engaging and effective lessons in English, English as a second language, elementary level public speaking, creative writing, and other basic English concepts.
Ā Utilize classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
Ā Mentor students by providing guidance on academic and personal growth.
Ā Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including special education requirements.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
Ā Preferred experience in working remotely with students.
Ā Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
Ā Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
Ā A background in special education is a plus but not mandatory.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
