CV/Resume Database Management

Organize, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of CVs and resumes with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
Implement systematic filing and categorization protocols to ensure easy retrieval of candidate information
Regularly review and update candidate records to ensure currency and completeness of information
Archive and organize historical candidate data in accordance with retention policies
Ensure all data entries adhere to our established formatting and quality standards


Data Entry & Documentation

Accurately enter relevant information from CVs into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Verify and cross-reference information to ensure precision and completeness in all data entries
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and status updates
Generate reports and summaries as needed for the recruitment team
Identify and flag any discrepancies or missing information for resolution


Communication & Collaboration

Liaise professionally with team members and candidates to gather additional details or clarify information
Respond to internal inquiries regarding candidate status and database information
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure they have access to relevant candidate data
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Maintain positive and professional communication channels with all stakeholders


Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems
Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in candidate records
Perform routine quality checks to ensure adherence to data protection policies
Implement best practices for data validation and error prevention
Generate quality reports highlighting areas for improvement


Confidentiality & Data Protection

Handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Strictly adhere to data protection policies and GDPR compliance requirements
Maintain security protocols for all candidate data and system access

Ensure all work activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
