You will be responsible for entering various types of data including customer information, transaction records, inventory details, and operational metrics.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular and comprehensive data quality checks to identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or duplications. You will implement best practices to maintain data integrity and flag any anomalies for supervisor review.

Data Management & Organization: Organize, categorize, and structure data for optimal accessibility and retrieval. You will ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata tagging are consistently applied across all databases.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to all data entry tasks, including audit trails, error logs, and process improvements. You will generate routine reports on data quality metrics and team performance indicators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and alignment across all organizational systems. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating data entry software and tools. You will stay current with new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is strongly preferred. Familiarity with data processing workflows and best practices is a significant advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity software is essential.
