As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our crewmembers, resolving issues, and addressing technical demands. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Offer technical support for all blithequark equipment and applications, including communication and cell phones Provide exceptional on-site and remote customer care to blithequark crewmembers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues Coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests from start to finish, working with internal and external resources as needed Monitor and support systems, maintaining and updating client access and working with software package rollouts and support Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues Maintain documentation of requests per blithequark standards and update database documentation with relevant information Coordinate response to major incidents and outages, ensuring timely and effective resolution Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications and Capabilities To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everyone certificate via Coursera Experience implementing and supporting applications Availability for short-term travel (up to half) and possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US Experience using desktop deployment packages Legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Insights and Capabilities To take your application to the next level, you will ideally have: Certifications in Microsoft, Networking, or programming languages Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products, Trade and Office Suite, and LAN environments using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Understanding of communication, messaging, and system (VOIP and POTS) and mobile devices Familiarity with MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune Knowledge of Social Media solutions What We Expect from Our Crewmembers At blithequark, we value our crewmembers and expect them to embody our company culture.
