Job Summary
We are looking for an information-driven, conscientious Examination Lead who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality insights and analysis. As an Administrator, Examination, you will be responsible for conveying reporting and insights in the space of paid media, planning and constructing the improvement of analysis, BI, and data science expectations, and working with paid media data science groups and marketing teams to implement media mix models. Your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Excel will be essential in driving business decisions and optimizing marketing efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Convey reporting and insights in the space of paid media to drive business decisions and optimize marketing efficiencies
Plan and construct the improvement of analysis, BI, and data science expectations to enhance visible paid media and improve marketing efficiencies
Work with paid media data science groups and marketing teams to implement media mix models and drive business growth
Direct ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by smart interpretation of results and the design and communication of recommendations that drive action
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to address business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports
Analyze data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data (internal data from Amazon and external data from market research and marketing firms) and address complex business challenges by delivering meaningful insights
Brainstorm and run analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field
Advanced SQL experience
Advanced experience with at least one industry analysis and metrics perception tools (e.g., Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI)
Master in Excel with a proven track record
Degree in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or other related field
