What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining our candidate database with precision, accuracy, and professionalism. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:

CV & Resume Database Management

Organize, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of CVs and resumes with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
Ensure all candidate information is properly categorized, tagged, and stored in our applicant tracking system
Regularly audit and clean the database to remove duplicates, update outdated information, and maintain data integrity
Implement best practices for database organization to optimize searchability and retrieval of candidate information


Accurate Data Entry

Enter relevant information from CVs and resumes into our system with meticulous attention to detail
Verify the completeness and accuracy of all candidate data before inputting it into our records
Standardize formatting and ensure consistency across all candidate profiles
Quickly identify and flag any discrepancies or missing information for further review


Effective Communication

Liaise professionally with team members and candidates to gather additional details or clarify information when needed
Respond promptly and courteously to internal requests for candidate information
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure they have access to relevant candidate data
Maintain clear and professional communication channels both internally and externally


Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
Identify patterns or errors in data entry and implement preventive measures
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Ensure all candidate data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management, human resources, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM)
