What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company—the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, guidance, or simply someone to listen to their pet stories. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone that reflects arenaflex's values

Handle order management tasks such as checking order status, processing changes, investigating shipping issues, and coordinating deliveries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution to ensure customers leave every interaction satisfied
Navigate multiple systems and platforms with accuracy, including our CRM, order management, and inventory systems to access and update customer information
Educate customers on arenaflex's products, services, subscription options, return policies, and promotional offers to enhance their shopping experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shipping, merchandising, and management to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions
Meet or exceed performance metrics including average response time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), first contact resolution rates, and quality assurance standards
