Maintain a smooth call flow by minimizing dead air, using clear and natural pacing, and guiding conversations toward resolution.
Close calls professionally, setting clear expectations for follow‑up actions, confirming appointment times, or delivering messages as instructed.
Achieve performance metrics such as average handle time, occupancy rate, disconnect rate, and quality scores, continuously striving to exceed targets.
