We're excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative to join our team! As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, collecting and recording data, and contributing to our mission of reducing America's energy usage. Key Responsibilities Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. Positively engage with members of the public, remaining neutral and unbiased during phone interviews. Build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead, who will support your progress and project goals. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to schedule up to 36 hours, across 1 weekend day and at least 3 weekdays. Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation in your interactions with customers. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to sit for long periods of time. Basic computer skills, including keyboard skills and accurate data entry. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Clear telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script. Internet access with minimum speeds of 25 MB Download. Personal computer with Windows 10 or higher, at least 8 GB of RAM, and current anti-malware and anti-virus software installed. Square view external Computer Monitor, USB Headset, and a quiet, private room or closed-door space for a confidential environment. Preferred Skills and Experience While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge: 6 months of previous call center, customer service, or collections experience. Previous experience collecting and recording data from the public. Customer support, telemarketing, or computer skills experience. Bilingual language skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
