This is more than a customer service role—you will be an essential partner to our new and aspiring online store owners, guiding them toward success with our incredible selection of products! What You'll Do • Product Expertise & Sales Focus: Become a knowledgeable expert on our over 8,000 name-brand beauty products, with a focus on high-margin items and key niches like virgin hair, braiding hair, and natural hair products • Direct Coaching & Support: Explain our dropshipping service, store setup process, and different subscription tiers (Starter, Beauty Pro, Premium) to prospective and new members • Answer Questions: Provide confident and clear answers to questions about product details, wholesale pricing, profit margins, and the logistics of selling (like our 7 U.S. based warehouses and fast shipping) • Guide and Convert: Help prospective users navigate the sign-up funnel. • Maintain Engagement: Work 15–20 hours per week, providing personalized, high-touch support that exemplifies our White-Glove Setup Service and key assistance commitment What We're Looking For • Passion for Beauty: A genuine and infectious enthusiasm for beauty products, especially knowledge of the ethnic beauty market (hair care, styling tools, etc.) is a major plus. • A "Love to Help" Mindset: A strong desire to empower new entrepreneurs and walk them through the technical and logistical parts of starting a business. • Sales Acumen: You are comfortable discussing financial topics like profit margins and wholesale costs, and you can guide a conversation to a clear, beneficial outcome (a sign-up/upgrade). • Excellent Communication: Clear, warm, and professional verbal and written communication. • Reliable and Analytical: Highly organized and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Experience with a CRM platform like Go High Level is a bonus.
