Schedule: 30–40 hours/week, flexible weekdays (must monitor alerts 2–3× daily, PT)
Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy analyst to support our acquisitions team by tracking bankruptcy property sales in California. This part-time remote role involves using automated tools to gather, process, and flag relevant deals in near real-time.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor bankruptcy real-estate sale alerts across California
• Extract key data points from court filings using automation tools (OCR, APIs, and scripts)
• Create structured deal entries in Airtable and send daily summaries via Slack
• Draft brief, professional outreach emails to trustees or legal reps
• Continuously improve workflows and maintain SOP documentation
What We’re Looking For
• Familiarity with court/legal filings, real estate terms, and automation tools
• Comfort using Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, and no-code tools (Zapier/Make)
• Basic Python skills or strong experience with automation platforms
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with PACER, CourtListener, AWS Textract, or similar OCR tools
