What You’ll Do

We’re hiring a part-time remote assistant to support both administrative operations and basic social media efforts. You’ll help the practice run smoothly behind the scenes and contribute to how we show up meaningfully online. This role is ideal for someone organized, independent, and creative—especially someone who enjoys balancing behind-the-scenes logistics with light content creation.

Compensation
• Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour, with no upper bound for growth
• Open to proposals for monthly flat rates or project-based compensation depending on your skills and preferred structure

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries (via text, email, and voicemail)
• Manage appointment calendars
• Support billing follow-up and maintain accurate records
• Assist the director with day-to-day organizational and operational needs
• Create and schedule branded posts (via Canva) on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
• Occasionally help gather testimonials, reviews, or engagement metrics for internal insight

Who You Are
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experienced in administrative roles
• Familiar with social media, marketing, or media communication (through studies or experience)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Canva, and Instagram
• Enjoy working independently and managing your own time
• Take pride in delivering quality work
• Curious and eager to grow professionally
