Overview Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant (10 hrs/week) Company: Fresh Look Concepts Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred) Compensation: ~$1,000 – $1,500/month Start Date: Immediate About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction and outdoor living company. This is a fully remote, part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) focused on organizing and entering project data into our CRM system. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn consistent extra income with flexible hours and straightforward tasks. What You’ll Be Doing • Entering project data, expenses, and updates into our CRM (JobTread) • Assisting with basic tracking of project costs, margins, and details • Keeping records organized and up to date • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed Tools We Use • JobTread (CRM) – experience is a HUGE plus, but not required • QuickBooks Online (QBO) – integrated with JobTread What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail (this is critical) • Organized and dependable • Comfortable learning new software quickly • Basic computer skills (Google Drive, spreadsheets, etc.) • Prior admin or data entry experience is a plus If you’ve used JobTread before, that’s a major advantage.
