Part Time Product Assistant

Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.We’re looking for a proactive Product Assistant to support product coordination, data management, and wholesale outreach on a part-time basis. The role will focus on managing product data, assisting with logistics, and providing support to the wholesale team. Training on data analysis and product systems will be provided.ResponsibilitiesProduct Data Management:Use Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) to manage and analyze product data.Assist with line sheets, catalogs, and reporting.Receive training on data analysis and product system usage.Wholesale Support:Build lists of potential wholesale customers and assist with outreach.Onboard new accounts, entering data and providing product info.Handle inquiries and provide basic support to wholesale partners.Logistics and Factory Communication:Communicate with factories to track production and shipments.Help coordinate international shipments and ensure timely delivery.QualificationsProficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and analyze data.Experience in wholesale or logistics preferred.Located in Shenzhen, China, with the ability to work in-office.Part-time availability, with flexibility for both product and wholesale tasks.Additional Notes:This role offers valuable experience in product sourcing and development, with training provided on key tasks and processes.CultureGreat Brands Start With Great PeopleOur culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
