Part-Time Practice Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a high-caliber Medical Office Operations Lead to oversee the administrative and financial workflows of our specialized outpatient clinic. This is a pivotal role designed for a disciplined professional who can function as the "backbone" of the practice, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. We are looking for a well-rounded leader who is eager to support a growing facility, maintains a humble and collaborative approach, and can execute complex practice management tasks with total autonomy.

salary: $25 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the practice
● Maintain and update electronic medical records (EHR/EMR)
● Support scheduling and patient communication as needed
● Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
● Assist with billing workflows and medical coding processes
● Help ensure accurate documentation and organized records
