As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Assistant Director for Adult Social Service and several senior managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, correspondence, and report preparation
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Utilize strong ICT skills to manage data, documents, and systems, with a flexible approach to adapting to new technologies and processes
Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
A competitive salary (Scale 4: £20,092 - £21,748)
18.5 hours per week, part-time temporary position for 12 months
Remote working arrangement, with the option to work from home
