The Payroll Administrator is responsible for maintaining payroll and financial records for clients, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring accurate tax filings. Responsibilities
Ā Record day to day transactions and complete the payroll processing

Ā Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct category and paid the correct rates
,
Ā Perform partial checks of the posting process
,
Ā Complete tax forms
,
Ā Maintain and process payroll periodic runs
,
Ā Enter data, maintain records and reports and financial statements
,
Ā Process accounts payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Requirements
Ā Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
,
Ā Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
,
Ā Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
,
Ā Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
,
Ā Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
,
Ā Proficiency in English and in MS Office
,
Ā Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
,
Ā High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
,
Ā BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
