Managing Online Appointment Requests: Monitor and respond to appointment requests submitted through our online platform Luma Health.
Triage Faxes and Emails: Prioritize and route incoming communications from healthcare providers and patients.
Miscellaneous Clerical Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
