? Managing Online Appointment Requests: Monitor and respond to appointment requests submitted through our online platform Luma Health.
? Triage Faxes and Emails: Prioritize and route incoming communications from healthcare providers and patients.
? Miscellaneous Clerical Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
? Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
