Part-time Over night Concierge
About the position
The Concierge position at Morada Senior Living involves providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and employees in a senior living community. The role is essential for managing communications, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment while performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Ā Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.

Ā Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.

Ā Greets residents and visitors.
,
Ā Answers inquiries and gives directions.
,
Ā Collates brochures for the marketing department.
,
Ā Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
,
Ā Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
,
Ā Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
,
Ā Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
,
Ā Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
,
Ā Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
,
Ā Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
,
Ā Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
,
Ā One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
