About the Role: Warehouse Worker Part Time Flex, Night Shift We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team on a part-time, flexible schedule. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Key Responsibilities: Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed to ensure the efficient flow of products. Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders, as required by job duty. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with heights of 20-30 feet regularly, and bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shifts. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow direction and change priorities as needed. Essential Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Comfort working with heights and in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience, although not required, is a plus. Experience working with technologies, such as computers or point of sale systems. Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Basic knowledge of inventory management and control principles.
