Opportunity: Grow Your Career As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas. • Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers. • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures. • Promote credit and loyalty programs. • Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale. • Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. • Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards. • Support shrink reduction initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned.Who We’re Looking For: • Excellent customer service skills. • Flexible schedule to meet business needs. • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. • Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations. • Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors. • Retail customer experience is preferred.
