Key Responsibilities Remote Therapy Sessions: Conduct 40-minute live video, audio, or message-based therapy sessions with clients through our secure and user-friendly platform. Timely Response and Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and engage with them in a timely and empathetic manner. Documentation and Administration: Complete all required documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. Client Care and Support: Provide high-quality care and support to clients, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and circumstances. Essential Qualifications and Skills Licensure: Currently licensed as a mental health therapist in your state or country. Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese) is a plus. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
