OverviewThe ideal MDS candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and involved in bedside resident assessments and family meetings. How You Will Make a Difference • Complete MDS assessments using medical records, bedside evaluations, and interviews.• Participate in PPS, Medicare, and monthly meetings to ensure billing compliance. • Review and update the Plan of Care quarterly and with each assessment. What You Need To Make a Difference • Current RN or LPN license in the state. • At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care. • Minimum 1 year of MDS experience.
