Part-time Marketing Lead (Performance + Creative) - 100% Remote
Cloudcure is a fast-growing Canadian digital health startup helping patients struggling with obesity, Type 2 diabetes, and metabolic conditions through evidence-based medical care and coaching. Were now hiring a Marketing Lead to help us grow smarter and faster. This is a hands-on, remote role for someone who can both strategize and executeideal for a highly creative marketer with digital campaign experience in health, wellness, or regulated sectors. What Youll Do: • Own campaign strategy: Plan and launch full-funnel digital marketing campaignsfrom cold awareness to warm retargetingacross Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more. • Execute with creativity: Ideate, storyboard, and produce short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, UGC-style), static ads, and compelling copy that converts. • Stay compliant: Understand and apply Canadian health advertising regulations (e.g., Rx drug marketing, claims rules, consent requirements). • Report performance: Deliver weekly summaries on traffic, conversions, creative wins/losses, and paid media performance to leadership. • Weekly Creative updates: Continuously test new creatives, and accompanying messaging to drive growth. • Tackle attribution: Develop scrappy but effective workarounds for data limitations (post-iOS14) and multi-platform user journeys. • Stretch every dollar: Were startup-mindedyour job is to make $1 work like $5. • Try new channels: Pitch and lead collaborations with influencers, affiliates, or new growth platforms (Reddit, podcasts, etc). Who You Are: • A creative and analytical marketer whos comfortable doing both strategy and design • Experienced in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and UGC/short-form content • Skilled in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite • Experience in startups - bonus points for healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and loves data • Hands-on with reporting tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets Role Details: Pay: $25-30 CAD/hour, depending on experience • Commitment: 10-20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow • Location: Remote (work from anywhere) • Start Date: ASAP Bonus Points: • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness space • Prior work with influencer outreach or affiliate marketing • Understanding of Canadian advertising standards for medical clinics Apply tot his job
