• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent in the food industry
• Strong understanding of the food industry and its workforce needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various recruiting software
