About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Contractor to join our team part-time for a 3-month project. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a passion for digital advertising, social media, and data-driven decision-making. The right candidate will help manage our digital campaigns, create engaging content, and optimize ads to increase reach and engagement.

This position offers 10–15 hours per week of flexible, remote work, with a strong possibility of extension after the initial 3 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The contractor will be responsible for managing and executing the following tasks:

1.Website Management:

o Update website content, including blog posts, SEO optimization, and fixing form fills.

o Post specials, promotions, or announcements to keep the website up-to-date.

2. Creative Content Creation:

o Use tools like Omneky (or similar platforms) to generate engaging creative content.

o Develop and schedule content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms at least 3 days per week.

3. Paid Media Campaigns:

o Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads to maximize ROI.

o Geotarget ads to specific regions for greater effectiveness.

o Efficiently manage a ~$2,000/month ad spend, ensuring every dollar is used strategically.

4. Organic Social Media:

o Create and post non-paid, engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to grow our organic reach.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.

o Create a monthly dashboard summarizing results versus goals and present cumulative insights.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a self-starter with the following skills and experience:

1. Digital Marketing Skills:

o Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

o Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).

o Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.

2. Content Creation:

o Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

o Ability to create compelling, on-brand visuals and messaging.

3. Organizational Skills:

o Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

o Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.

4. Experience:

o 2+ years of digital marketing experience (junior level).

o Experience working in health clinics or clinical practice environments is a plus.

5. Work Ethic:

o Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.

o Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

• Candidates based in South Carolina or the East Coast time zone are preferred for scheduling flexibility.
