Part-time In-house Recruiter (4+ yrs. exp. req)
We are seeking a part-time in-house recruiter who has helped an entrepreneur build a tight-knit cohesive team from scratch and is ready for a new challenge.
Executive Leaders Radio, the nation’s #1 “Business with Heart” Radio Show has interviewed over 11,854 CEOs since our founding in 2004. Our CEOs co-founded our non-profit in 2022 introducing 4000+ underserved high schoolers through their public, parochial and charter schools to 1000+ CEO and their teams to develop relationships leading to “earn-and-grow-careers.”
We are growing and need your remote, long-term, flex/part-time help (10-30 hours per week). We need someone to take charge of:
· Hands on recruiting of talent for our wide variety of roles (writing and posting ads taking into account ROI)
· Interviewing and selecting talent for our wide variety of roles
· Orient talent and onboarding talent, manage expectations and train in company systems and procedures

Requirements:
. Minimum of 5 years in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition
· Minimum 4 years increasing professional responsibility with at least one previous employer
· Availability to work 10-30 hours per week Monday-Friday 9a-5p EST
· Self-organized
· Experience supervising others
· Professional phone and Zoom demeanor
· Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs
