Part Time Hybrid Senior Consultant, Organizational Design

Title: Senior Consultant - Organizational Design Pay Rate Range: $85-$89/hr Employment Type: Contract (W-2) Estimated End Date: November 2026 Schedule: Part-time, approximately 32 hours/week; Hybrid (as needed for meetings) Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 - Hybrid Job Code: 1468829 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Senior Consultant - Organizational Design to work hybrid with our client, supporting the Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team. This is a contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W-2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision. Responsibilities • Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current organizational structures, roles, workflows, and processes. • Design and implement future-state organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, role clarity, and governance frameworks. • Partner closely with HR, Talent, and business leaders to ensure organizational design aligns with talent strategy, business objectives, and long-term scalability. • Support restructuring initiatives, mergers, and large-scale organizational transformations. • Develop transition and implementation plans, including communication strategies and change management support. • Provide subject-matter expertise on organizational design principles, methodologies, benchmarking, and best practices. • Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements to drive efficiency, agility, and performance. • Facilitate discussions and working sessions with senior leaders to guide design decisions and alignment. • Document findings, recommendations, and design models clearly for executive and stakeholder review. Must-Have Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 7+ years of experience in organizational design, organizational development, or related disciplines. • Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy. • Proven experience supporting restructuring efforts, mergers, or enterprise-scale organizational transformations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. • Experience using organizational design tools, frameworks, and methodologies. • Ability to work in a hybrid model and attend onsite meetings as needed in Atlanta. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large, matrixed, or multi-business organizations. • Background working with Talent Development, Workforce Planning, or Change Management teams. • Experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting executive leadership. • Familiarity with HR analytics and organizational effectiveness metrics.
