• *Job Summary**
• *Summary:** Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of tjhe Human Resources department.
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
+ Maintain confidential personnel files.
+ Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
+ Assist with staffing, scheduling and payroll.
+ Establishes and maintains inventory of recruiting and onboarding materials.
+ Supports the process for selecting and onboarding new associates by helping candidates and associates complete paperwork.
+ Assist with engagement activities and celebrations.
+ Assist with Team Member training.
+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, members of management, sub-contractors, and partners.
+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
+ Participate in HR Compliance Audit needs.
+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
