Part-Time Housekeeper & Front Desk Support – Campground & Airbnb
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeper with added front desk customer service responsibilities one to two days per week. This role is essential to maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and delivering a positive guest experience at our campground and onsite Airbnb.
Housekeeping Duties:
• Clean and restock the campground bathhouse daily (includes men’s and women’s restrooms with showers and toilets)
• Clean and maintain the campground laundry room
• Turn over and clean a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb unit between guest stays
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
• Report any maintenance or supply issues to management
Front Desk Customer Service (1–2 days/week):
• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general questions
• Answer phone calls and provide campground information
• Process basic point-of-sale transactions and assist with reservations
• Maintain a friendly and professional front desk environment
Qualifications:
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (campground or hospitality experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and detail-focused
• Must be physically able to complete cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)
Schedule:
• Front Desk Hours 10 am - 5 pm
• Cleaing Hours range from 10 am - 3 pm to 12 pm - 2 pm
• Weekends and holidays are a must from May 1 to October 30. Over the winter, we can be more flexible with Schedule
