Part-Time Growth Strategist (B2C / GTM)

We’re backed by top-tier VCs and are entering an exciting early growth phase. Our team has strong experience across fintech, product, and partnerships, and we’re now looking for someone who has hands-on B2C growth experience to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
This is a part-time role (around 15 hours per week) and a great opportunity for someone who has worked on scaling consumer products and enjoys building early-stage growth playbooks.
What You’ll Do
• Help shape our B2C go-to-market strategy - Work with the founding team to figure out how we launch and grow a consumer product from the ground up.
• Design and test growth experiments - Identify growth channels, test acquisition strategies, and help us understand what actually works.
• Build early user acquisition loops - Think about referral mechanics, viral loops, and ways to make the product naturally shareable.
• Advise on product-led growth - Give input on how the product itself can drive adoption and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience working on B2C growth or GTM for a consumer product
• Experience launching or scaling a product from 0 → early traction
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, growth loops, and consumer behavior
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Comfortable working with an early-stage startup team
