We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the Management and Organization Department in the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University for the 2023 Fall Semester. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on assignment criteria, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Perform technical and administrative tasks, such as uploading materials to the course Canvas platform and compiling peer feedback into reports.
Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned.


Requirements:


Graduate degree in a related topic area completed or in progress.
Availability to work on weekends.
