Part-Time Front Office Receptionist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Monitor security camera as clients arrive. Speak to them to request identification, unlock security door
? Greet clients once they reach the reception area
? Check in clients for various programs using EMR system or various others
? Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
? Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the Business Office
? Taking copays/deductibles at time of service
? Maintains strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data
Requirements:
? 2 year's customer service experience or experience in related field
? Ability to work two hours each day from either 9:00am-11:00am EST or 5:00pm-7:00pm EST
