Part Time / Fractional Personal Assistant & HR - Dubai Based - Contract to Hire
Summary
A dynamic and passionate professional is required for a hybrid Part-Time/ Fractional Personal Assistant & HR role. We are looking for a candidate based in Dubai.
This role will be working directly with the CEO supporting executive and staff management functions along with personal administrative tasks.
Personal Assistant must be:
1) very detail oriented
2) organized
3) good at follow up
4) proactive
5) atleast 1 Hour per day requires
6) needs to be responsive when messages during business hours
7) payroll, scheduling, hiring, screening, email setup, travel booking, restaurant reservations, general booking experience required.
8) professional email communication
9) experience working with lawyers, accountants, developers
10) laptop to be provided after probation period
11) professional communication skills
12) social media setup experience an asset
13) placing Amazon orders etc
14) maintaining team organization

US and European business hours when needed
Personal Assistants Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
2) Fluency in English, reading writing comprehension
3) Basic social media management knowledge
4) Excellent Communication skills
5) Excellent Computer skills
6) Google Suite
7) Experience working with multiple time zones
8) be comfortable, utilizing ChatGPT to accelerate completion of tasks
