Assist in preparing and cooking meals in accordance with standardized recipes and dietary guidelines.
Support daily kitchen operations including food prep, line service, and sanitation.
Learn and apply food safety standards (e.g., ServSafe protocols).
Participate in menu planning, special events, and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure food quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
Complete a final project of a feature meal for one of our outlets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a culinary arts, hospitality, or related academic program.
Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, food preparation techniques, and safety practices.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and a passion for food and service.
Compensation
The starting rate for this job is $15/hour.
